How can I reverse comment order without discussion option?

  I want to reverse the order of comments ( i.e. show the latest first. The Comments topic instructed me to go to Settings –> discussion etc. But I only have sharing and polls option under settings. So what do i do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog.

  6. Comments should be displayed with the __ comments at the top of each page – This setting allows you to reverse the order of comments. You can display comments in ascending or descending order. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#other-comment-settings

  Thanks – but although I am logged in under the same username, I can’t get from Settings to Discussion settings ( and then to the display order) . I only have the options of Polls and Sharing.
