How can I Rotate Featured Post's on a regular basis

  I want to be able to rotate my 13 posts on a regular basis for my featured front page because I don’t think people on the RSS and smart phones don’t know what else my blog has on it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you only have 13 posts, make one at a time sticky. You’d be far better off making more posts.
