This website is unbelievable, I cannot understand why simple things are not there.
How can I save my changes without affecting the published webpage?

Hi there, if you mean you’ve updated the page content, then, no it’s not possible to save changes without updating the content on the page itself.
If you mean design changes, it’s possible to save design changes as drafts in Classic themes, but Creatio 2 is a full site editing theme and I don’t know whether that option is available with FSE.

Thinking about this a bit more, you could possibly create a new template using an existing one as a base. Since it wouldn’t be enabled anywhere on your site while you’re working on it, saving changes shouldn’t affect existing pages. Then when you’re ready, you can switch an existing page to that new template. More on templates here:
