  It’s your content; you can do whatever you like with it. This support doc explains the various ways to transfer your content to another blog or platform and explains how to backup your site.

  Hi there, although you can probably do it from within the browser on your phone, it would likely be better if you could do it from a computer. Depending on how much content you have, it may end up taking up quite a lot of your memory on your phone.
