How can I save my email addresses from a mapped Domain?

    How can I update my MX information such that my email addresses from the web hosting service where my URL is registered (which I have mapped to my wordpress site) still work? I have called their customer support and received the custom DNS information, however when I try to enter the information (i.e. mailwash46.pair.com), to “Edit DNS,” it isn’t recognized.

    Hi!

    When entering MX records, they must be entered in this format:

    MX <pref> <host>.

    This is explained in detail here:

    Can you try arranging the DNS information in the format suggested and see if that works?
