How can I save what I type in my profile or my account settings?

When I try to update my profile or my account settings I cannot save the inormation that I type in. I click on ‘Save’ and nothing happens.

Try logging out of your account, shutting your browser or app off and reopening and logging back on. See if that Helps

Thank you, jdc. That sort of worked, the save button responded, but it still wouldn’t save everything. I wonder if it is because I have a free account and haven’t upgraded to the type that you pay for?

Thank you both for your help. It looks like updating to Internet Explorer 11 did the trick. Everything is working fine now.
