How Can I Scroll All The Way Back To Start Of Blog?

    Hi,

    I am not able to go all the way back to the start of my blog. All other sites I have used, I could load all the way back to the beginning. I cannot here. I’ve tried adjusting some of the settings, but nothing worked. How can I allow readers to keep loading older posts all the way back to the beginning?

    I am currently in the process of moving all of my posts (not many left to move) from another site to here, and I want people to be able to keep loading older posts all the way back to the start.

    Hi MacManx,

    I do have the infinite scroll set up (double checked to make sure), and it still will only let me go back a few pages, not all the way to the very first post. I have the Hemmingway Rewritten theme. Not sure what I can do otherwise so it will let me keep hitting ‘Load More Posts’ until I get all the way to the very first post.

    Ah I see you’re using the blog posts block rather than just a posts page.

    There is a bug with that block where a few posts might be missed. The fix is ready and will be released soon. In the meantime, if you adjust the number of posts per page, that may help alleviate it, or you can use Customize > Front Page and select Blog as your posts page for now.

    Hi Supernovia,

    I do have it set for 10 posts per page. I did try an increase beyond that, but it didn’t resolve the problem in the end. For the homepage, instead of static posts, I do have that set for showing the blog posts…if that’s what you mean by Front Page, as I cannot find a ‘Front Page’ specifically. Not sure what else I can do until the ‘bug’ is fixed and the release done.

    Hi there,

    I am able to scroll all the way to the earliest post on your front page. As @supernovia suggested, you can make your blog page your post page by going to Design > Customize > Home Page Settings as shown below (I scrolled all the way down to the first post):
