how can i see my traffic more deeply?

  As google analytic do not work with wordpress.com blog, so how can i get those type analysis in wordpress.com blog, the stats are not enough and also google webmasters!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I suggest webmaster tools. First two links discuss webmaster tools. You could also add stats widgets as each site provide additional stats on the visits. See the last link on stats widgets.
