How can I see the status of my support requests?

  I have three other support requests in now that I submitted on the 12th, but I have not heard from you on any of them yet. Is there any way to track support requests?

  Well, should I be concerned that I still have not received a response to requests I sent three days ago, when it only took 20 minutes to get a response to this one? Should I re-post the requests?

  Don’t be concerned, we’ll get to it as soon as we can. We’re just a bit behind, which can happen when you provide free support for several million users.

  You’ll get a quicker response (most of the time) here, because while there is only one of us watching these support requests at a time, only about 10% of our users choose to submit them as public support requests.
