Please link your username to your blog following the instructions in this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/7-things-to-know-before-posting-in-wordpresscom-forums?replies=1 or give us a direct link to your blog, starting with http, when you ask a question here. We can’t answer any questions without that.

Besides the fact that you have asked the question before and already received an answer.

To wpvstp:
The June 5 reply is needlessly harsh for a “Help” forum.
It is entirely possible that the questioner just lost track of, or forgot, what the prior response was. If this should happen to me, do I need to start off with, “I have asked this question before but I have forgotten the response,” in order not to be chastised on screen?
How tight are the performance standards the customers here?

Checking the time stamps, I can see that this question was asked 4 minutes prior to the other question, so the “before” in my response is technically wrong, and this response should have been in the other thread and vice versa, but the core of the matter is that there really is no need to ask the exact same question 4 minutes apart. That certainly has us volunteer responders loosing track of what to answer where.

Actually, it was asked three times in six minutes. The first was an atteempted hijacking:
