How can I send a link to notify my followers??

  When I publish a post, my followers receive the blog post by email. I would like to change this so they only receive a LINK to the blog (not a copy of the whole post). Is this possible?!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  On the Setting->Reading page, change your RSS setting to “excerpt”.
