How can I send my friends and family a link to subscribe to my via email?

  How can I send my friends and family a link to subscribe to my via email? I’m not talking about the Widget in the actual site – I want to be able to send a link and say please click here to subscribe to my blog. Please help I have been trying to find an answer to this simple question swith no luck – its strange that this would not be simpler at this day and age for a blogger :(

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You may want to look into setting up a newsletter with a third party service, like MailChimp:

  Thanks, I was trying to avoid having to use a third-party is there any way to do this within wordpress – it seems like a simple thing :(
