How can I separate my private blog from the others?

I have a new blog, http://www.wiallf.com which will be a private blog. How can I separate it from the public blogs like http://www.NobleSubjects.com, so that it has a different password to get to the back panel?
I don’t want my administrators from the other blogs to be able to access this one.

We don’t recommend sharing your account information with other people. If someone needs to access the dashboard of one of your blogs, you can ask them to create their own WordPress.com account, and then add them to the blog with the appropriate privileges:
