How can I separate two blogs that are under one user account?

Hello. I have two blogs under one user account that I would like separated. Can someone please help with that?
With thanks to zandyring, who replied to my original request about separating blogs that I didn’t see because it went to a mostly dormant email (and now I can’t access the response).

I’m not quite sure what you mean with separating the blogs. Do you want to make it so that one of the blog is owned by another account?

Yes. I never intended for them to be linked and want to keep them separate with separate identities. As I remember it, I created each blog using different user names and logins, but then somehow, somewhere along the line they became linked.

So supposing there’s Blog A and Blog B, and User A and User B.
First you need to make sure User A is an administrator at Blog A, and user B is an administrator at Blog B. If you haven’t done this yet, you can invite the user to the blog (user B to Blog B, for example). Here’s how:

Remember to choose ‘Administrator’ on step 3 on the tutorial on that page.
Go through the process and hopefully now you have User A as admin of Blog A, and User B as admin of blog B.
Once this is done, all you need to do is use the admin access to remove the unwanted user. So if you have User A and User B inside Blog A, you will want to login as User A to blog A, and then remove User B from it. This is how you remove users:

After doing that, you will now have two separate blogs under two different username.

Yes, I’ve tried this before. Instead of allowing me to remove the user (despite being an Admin) I get the following message:
Remove Users from Site
You have specified these users for removal:
ID# (User name and ID) The current user will not be removed.
There are no valid users selected for removalOther ideas?
