  I have a question. I’m an administrator on WordPress, but the administrator has left the company and is no longer there, so I don’t know the administrator’s account and password. How can I set myself as the administrator?

  Correction: I am not currently an administrator; I can only edit website content.

  If you are talking about a site hosted here at WordPress.com then you need to reach out to the owner of the site and have them log in for one final time and transfer the domain and site to you. This is something that really should have been addressed before that person left the company.
