How can I set the cover picture for a gallery that shows on my home page

  I want to change the gallery cover picture that shows on the link on the home page. It seems to just pick one at random.

  The first gallery image is chosen automatically, when an order is set (all images must have been ordered). If no order has been set for all the images, the you might end up with what looks like a random image.
