How can I set up an email with crazydomains

    Hi there,
    I am hosting my 3 email accounts with crazydomains.com.au (domain name is registered with another company)

    Crazydomains gave me the following:

    MX record
    thebodycomfort.com.au –> mail.thebodycomfort.com.au

    A record
    mail.thebodycomfort.com.au –> 27.124.117.179

    which I entered as:

    MX 10 mail.thebodycomfort.com.au.
    A webmail 27.124.117.179

    into wordpress.
    After one week none of the email works. Can you please help.

    Hi there, you were very close! To match what your email provider gave you, this line:

    A webmail 27.124.117.179

    …should actually be:

    A mail 27.124.117.179

    I think you may already have figured that out as this is what I see in your custom DNS setup now. Just let me know if you still need any help!
