How can I set up featured pages at front page for SELA theme?

  I can’t find anywhere that can help me set up featured pages at my front page like the demo of SELA, not sure if I missed anything. Please help, thank you so much!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The three tiles in the demo are not the featured pages. They are three widget areas, each with a text widget containing a link to a page.
