How can I set up my premium upgrade?

  I am looking to purchase the premium upgrade but I wanted to know if I will be billed for the whole year or if I can pay monthly? Also, how to I pay using my Paypal account and not a credit card?

  The premium upgrade is billed yearly. When you signup, you’ll see an option to choose a payment method. Select Paypal and then follow the prompts.
