How can I set up SEO for my blog?

    I’m trying to set up the SEO for by blog thru google….I can’t seem to find the tool area to do this on my dashboard.. All of the tutorials I’ve viewed have areas that are NOT listed in MY dashboard…so I don’t know how I’m supposed to do this
