How can I show posts of only one category on my 'Posts Page' which is the blog?

  I have a website and I want to change the ‘Posts Page’ which is right now the blog page of the website to only show the posts that are in a specific category. Anyone know how I can do that? Right now it’s just listing posts in all categories!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also this is not for my personal blog which is listed up in that post.
