How can I shut down a fraudulent web site?

Hello,
My uncle owns a farm called Fraser Meadows. Some time ago, someone offered to build him a website and created:
http://frasermeadoworganicdairy.wordpress.com/
However, my uncle is no longer in contact with this person, and they did not finish the website. Currently the website is the #1 hit when you put “Fraser Meadows” into a search engine. The website makes reference to my uncle’s farm and even has my uncle’s name (Barry) in one of the sections of the site.
We’d like to get this web site shut down since it’s using the name of the farm and hasn’t been updated for some time. We don’t have access to its contents nor can we rely on the individual who set it up.
Can someone in tech support help us? Please email me rather than using these forums or web messaging — I am not an avid WordPress user.

The fastest way to get rid of it is to register a new one with the custom domain frasermeadowsorganicdairy.com or similar, and blog on it. You should outrank the dead one in just a few blog entries, since that one is entirely page-based and won’t have much SEO relative to blog posts.
