How can I sign to backend of my website?

  my website scottponemone.com was hacked. BlueHost has reactivated my site.
  but I can’t get to scottponemone.com/wp/admin to sign on to the backend of the site

  I’m sorry to hear that your site was hacked. First off, if the url you listed is what you’re trying to access, it’s not quite right. Try this instead: http://www.scottponemone.com/wp-admin
