How can I solve this problem

  Hi I am trying to import a file from posterous. The file name is 145864437.xml. Word press tells me this is not a xml file and so I tried again and now wordpress tells me Sorry there has been a error. The uploaded file was only partially uploaded. Help please

  You’ll need to import the wordpress_export_1.xml file.
