How can I sort comments by decreasing date?

  How can I sort comments by decreasing date? I want that the first comment shown in a page is the latest which has been posted.

  Sort order cannot be changed, sorry.

  I am also interested in sorting comments from newest to oldest.

  If you follow the instructions in the 8 Things thread at the top of the forum and link your username to your blog, we might be able to help more. If your blog is WP.org rather than .com it’s an entirely different situation.
