How can I speak to someone?

I had a domain with you guys December of 2014. Soon after I purchased it, I recived thousnads of spam on my blog which caused it to crash. I tried contacting you guys multiple times for help and you guys did nothing leaving my blog unused and not working. I then was supposed to get a refund from you guys and many many months later, I still haven\\\’t received it. I\\\’m so disappointed that a company this large did not help me solve my issue or refund my money. I will definitely tell all of my friends and family and other bloggers I know to never use your services if this issue is not resolved adapt.
