How can I start again?

I have been tasked with creating a website and I have played around with this and I have got myself confused and so I would like to start again.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yeah I tried that, I keep trying to click on the automated empty your site because I have a lot on there and it keeps bringing me back here where helpful people keep redirecting me to the same page that I have been through three times. It is not automated if you have to do it yourself. I am just going to delete everything and go to a different host.

Empty Site:
If you have too much content to empty the site yourself you can have the staff empty the site for you.
NOTE: Once content is deleted and the Trash emptied you will never get your content back.

That’s what it tells me, but when I click on the link ‘please contact us’ it takes me to the support page which I fill in and then it brings me back here to asking the community so my options are… empty it myself surely? What am I clicking on wrong? I have got someone else to try and click through the options to ask staff to empty my site and they ended up back here in a neat little circle. I appreciate the help of the community but it is frustrating that the ‘contact us’ link just brings you back to the community not a member of the support team. I am kinda off my original topic now anyway, sorry.

If you want to empty a site go to the dashboard Posts page, select all the posts, click Delete in the bulk editor. Do the same on the dashboard Pages page. Then your blog is empty.
