  Theme disappeared. Can I just start over?

  Theme did not disappear: you simply have no posts so theme has nothing to display.

  Your blog looks new and empty – all you seem to have done is to your site is change the Theme and delete the Hello World default Post – just start blogging with a new Post –

  Also what do you mean by “messed up”?
