How can I start to create my own website?

I’m thinking to build my own blog with content and own sound recording video to make everything seems to be more attractive. Actually I’m engaging in online casino affiliate previously have been working in Philipnines and I’m now back to Malaysia.
Due to Malaysia is a country that gambling is illegal business but our here also have a lot of underground private casino. Would like to know what kind of content that I could write in my webpage to generate more traffic and then link to my main online casino wepage. -
