How can I stop getting rejected as an administrator?

  I was invited to be an administrator on a new wordpress site, ocwomenscoalition. I tried to follow the instructions in the email from donotreply, but something went wrong.

  The admin sent me another invite today, but I got rejected again.

  Help! Who needs to do What to get me on as an admin?

  You will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If your are logged into a WordPress.com account, you will be taken directly to your blog. If not, you will be taken to the log-in screen, where you can either log in or create a new user account.

  Note that users who create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.
