How can I stop someone from phishing me?

I received an email (pasted below) from a woman claiming that I am responsible for “disturbing PDFs” and that I need to contact WordPress to prove my innocence. This looks like a phishing issue and I’d like to get your help to resolve it.
Please let me know what I can/should do to stop it.
