How can I stop someone from reblogging my posts?

How can I stop someone from re-blogging my posts? The photos in my posts are copyright protected, I’m allowed under certain conditions to post them, as I have press accreditation.
It’s also very clear the person who reblogs my posts is trying to get more viewers with my work, he also always posts a link to his blog in his comments on my posts, I’ve marked his comments as spam now, but I don’t want him to reblog my posts.
Please this is a serious question. How do I stop him?
The only answer I could find in the Support section is to make my blog private, but that is of course no option.

Go to his blog and on the grey Admin bar there is a drop down menu on his blog’s name that includes Report as Spam or Report Copyright Violation. Your choice: I’d go with Report As Spam, myself. And include the link to this forum thread in your explanation. The copyright holders can DMCA him if they want, too.
