How can I stop spam email from being sent to me?

  I have an email widget in the sidebar of my blog and I have been receiving increasingly more spam emails every day from a particular party.
  Return-path: <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>
  From: <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>
  I’ve put all kinds of blocks on the subject and content of the emails in my Windows Live Mail but they subject keeps changing so tey keep on coming in……….any help would be appreciated.
