How can I stop unwanted followers (spam-email-adresses)?

  I get followers on my blog http://kunstsurfbrett.wordpress.com/ who’s e-mail adresses are spam-adresses. I want to block their following, because I don’t know how they use my blog. But I don’t find any tool to stop followers.

  I have the same problem. I get new user registration with spam email addresses. my blog is: FLwagelawyers.wordpress.com
