How can I stop WordPress from putting lots of pictures into my tweets?

  I have WordPress.com set up automatically publicize my scheduled posts on Twitter. Recently, the tweets have included 3 or 4 big pictures culled from my blog that just make the tweets ugly and confusing. Can I set WordPress NOT to do this – just to publicize my tweet? Or better yet, to publicize it with the top pic from my post or a pic I choose?

  If you want to customize how the tweets go out, disable Publicize and tweet the link manually.
