How can I switch a blog to a different user name in wordpress?

  So I just registered and paid to upgrade Mednikopff Family Reunion VI, and I’m thinking that I would like to do two things:
  1) register the blog under a name other than Silverrod
  2) rename the blog

  You can find the steps for moving it to a different user account in our support docs.

  For renaming it you have two options: The site title can be changed at any time at Settings > General in your Dashboard. If you want to change the actual URL then you will want to follow these steps.
