How can I switch a site to a different account?

  I just created a new site, not realizing that I was already logged in to wordpress. I now have two different sites under one WordPress account.

  I would like each of the sites to be on a different account – keeping them entirely separate.
  How can I move it over so that each blog has a different account and email?
