How can I switch to 'Fresh News', a PREMIUM theme?

I already paid for premium but I want to switch to Fresh News which theme was used for my old ’emotanafricana’ blog, but it is also premium.
The shopping cart is showing that I need to pay $99.00 and $68; I did not click ‘purchase’. How much am I really owing?

When I went to try the FRESH NEWS theme from the DASHBOARD, it states that I’m subscribed to the level 1 – FREE.
Here’s the receipt Number for my premium unless the following is not correct:

Right, as I said earlier, “Something a bit strange happened with the upgrade not adding properly, so I refunded the transaction for you.”
In other words, I canceled and refunded your upgrades because they didn’t go through properly, therefore you are on the free level until you purchase them again. :)

Okay, now I can understand; so my credit card is back to its situation that I did not purchase the upgrade?
In addition, one thing I need to understand, Mac: my level in the google search engine – if I know how to express my feeling about my new site – seems to be dramatically diminished. Will the PREMIUM – at least – restore my standing because I was at around 200 – 200+ per day before the problem that forced me to this new blog name?
I’d appreciate assistance.

Yes, all of the money is back on your card.

Premium doesn’t really have an bearing on how Google indexes your site, as we have no control over Google. Just keep writing good quality content, and Google will eventually find you and give you a decent placement.

Before you go, please – although I do not know if this question should not wait till the 24th that Grace, the HapEng who was handling my problem on the recent move, gets back:
I haven’t been able to figure out how I – or my blog visitors – can view the old ’emotanafricana’ screen even though it would carry my new moniker, ’emotanglobal’. I do need to figure this out so that the new wp-admin can also have access to the old wp-admin.

Hm, it might be best to continue with Grace, as I’m not sure what you mean.
One blog cannot be accessed by two wp-admin’s, they each have their own.

Thanks, Mac, but I often do not know what I mean because I’m just going along seemingly by faith because it was not this difficult when I started out with WP; may be I’m just unable to cope with the different tech thrown my way when all I need is just to write and keep my brain a bit active! In the process, I acquired quite a few regular visitors and would like to keep them on for as long as I’m able to keep the blog on.
Listen, I do not feel it’s any inadequacy on your part but mine; so Grace may not be much different – for me.
1. 2 Admin: I do not want the two working side by side but I was thinking I would still be able to access my old materials. If they each have their own, how do I access the old one?
2. I typed in the new search box after my switch to the old theme I used – which I like – but the title did not come up and the work Grace did to move the old contents gave me the impression that my blog visitors of old should still be able to access them by typing titles in the search box.
3. I cannot expect two HapEngs. to babysit me when there are hundreds of 000’s who need assistance.
Finally, now with the PREMIUM in, what I really need is somebody to walk me through. For example, I thought I understand the instructions but when I input ’emotanglobal.me’, the response was ‘name already taken’. I stopped and put it all away and just came back online now a couple of hours later, and met yours.
I do not know how to crack the riddles that would enable me get the maximum benefit from what I got.

1. http://emotanglobal.wordpress.com/ is the only blog under your account. We don’t appear to have any blog titled emotanafricana.wordpress.com. You can register than under your account if you want to, or were you referring to a different blog? (Grace has more experience with your case, hence my recommendation that you get back in touch with her.)
2. It will take Google a while to add the new site to their index, we have no control over them.
3. Don’t worry about that, it’s what we’re here for, and we’re happy to help. :)
4. I don’t see emotanglobal.me in our system, so try adding it again via Store -> Domains in the blog’s Dashboard.

In fact, I’m at it and want to see how far I can get tonight since the web access is much better. I will wait for Grace but here is what I referred to:

Congratulations! emotanglobal.me is available.I tried to move on to understanding the DOMAIN section but am stuck right now; so I’m preparing what’s holding me back for Grace because
in my uneducated roaming, I came across this, my old blog:I input ‘emotanglobal.me’ but it got me nowhere; then I went with ‘emotanglobal.com’ and, suddenly arrived at the old ‘emotanafricana.com’ homepage although ‘emotanglobal.com’ was in the URL. Now I’m really confused because I do not know where I am!
This is the last of a 4-paragraph note I’m getting ready for Grace but it should, at least, show that your efforts pushed me to keep working at it.

I went as far as that and chose ‘register’; then read thru all way to ‘private’
and public registration. I chose ‘private’. It re-presented the same info I had gone through over and over by which time I decided to try the ’emotanglobal.me, nothing; then ’emotanglobal.com and I got ’emotanafricana.com though not as URL but below. -
I still don’t see any domain names under your account.
Would you please quote any errors you see that prevent you from completing the domain registration process?

I can see ’emotanglobal.me’ on the page for “Registration Details for emotanglobal.me”. I proceeded to ‘My Domains” to “activate” and there was a single name where it had specified to click beside the correct one and the single name says “emotanglobal.wordpress.com”… never expires.

I do not know what else I should do; I even went back to read all the ‘fine print’, including the agreements and then clicked again. I returned to the page for “Reg. Details for emotanglobal.me” but only that single ’emotanglobal.wordpress.com” is still there. I do not know if clicking this would be correct?
