How can I switch to 'Fresh News', a PREMIUM theme?

Thanks, Grace. I’m a bit relieved but I checked out (email visible only to moderators and staff): the inbox, the trash to its end – August 29, and spam to its end – August 28. No mail there from you.

I really do not know what has gone wrong between your end and mine because I just checked the Inbox, the Trash and the Spam; nothing.
My sign-in page shows:

What I’ve done is to sign into WP (email visible only to moderators and staff) from the STOP 2-STEP AUTHENTICATION which I did with the old site and it took me to SUPPORT – First, check your current support requests … How can I switch to Fresh News, et cetera.
I know the meaning of redaction but not in the techie way. I do not know whether this is what you want. I will continue and see.

It ended up as if I went into the SUPPORT pages through emotanglobal’s dashboard.

I’m confused. Were you able to log into the emotan account with the email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)? Please note that 2 step authentication was not enabled for that account.

Pardon, Grace, system here too slow.
1. I input the email through the https://wordpress.com that showed I wanted a new website & even tho’ I felt it was wrong, I went ahead.
2. Got a page with (email visible only to moderators and staff) AND Log in after which I got ‘Already Registered.
3. Then I got to my log in page & put in ’emotanglobal’ with the password which returned “Error … lost password …
4. I stopped so that I do not make more mistakes.

It looks like you don’t have access to your old account. I will move everything back to the original account: emotanglobal as it was originally.

1. You can move ‘everything’ back to the original account.
2. Will I be able to access the old ’emotanafricana’?
3. Can blog visitors access old contents by typing title in the search box?

You’ve been more than wonderful. I got so much assist from you and Mac for a fraction of what it should have cost me! Thanks to WordPress; almost 30 back-and-forths and you did not show exasperation with someone who would have dragged some nuts.

Dear Eurello,Thanks for the clarifying the semantics of Premium and Unlimited Premium theme upgrades. I’d rather stick with PREMIUM UPGRADE for functionality WITH the FRESH NEWS. I have no need for the limitless premium themes upgrade.
I had wanted to just move the FRESH NEWS upgrade but it was not working, hence my going for what I really do not need.
I’d appreciate your straightening out whichever can be done on your side, and I will complete the rest here.
