How can I sync correct time o WordPress?

  How can I change WordPress time to my time. I think WordPress time is about 4 hours ahead so posts I want to post at 5am post around 1:00am.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change the Date and Time settings to match up with your timezone by logging into your dashboard and going to Settings > General. There you should see a section entitled “TImezone” where you can change it.
