Hi there, @femeia25plus!
The domain you mentioned was expired and removed from your account several weeks ago. Because of that, this will be trickier to get back. More on what exactly happens after your domain expires can be found here:
Domain ExpirationI just sent you an invoice for the total domain cost (redemption fee plus the normal renewal fee). Please pay that right away and then respond here so we can request the recovery of your domain to your account here for you.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi, and thank you for your reply. Paying this amount is the only way to get my domain back, or can I wait until it’s released? It’s kind of out of my budget right now, tbh.

@femeia25plus you can wait until it’s released, if it gets released. I would not count on that option though, since you’re at a much higher risk of losing the domain to someone else. The only guaranteed option is to take care of the redemption fee while it’s an option.

Shouldn’t the domain now be released on the market? More than 3 months have passed since it was blocked. I want to be able to repurchase it at a standard price because I am not willing to pay that amount. It doesn’t seem fair to me, considering that I paid so many years for that domain, and now because I traveled and didn’t have time to do the update, I have to pay an enormous amount to recover it.

Hi @femeia25plus we should clarify that we are no longer in control of your domain. There is a brief grace period where we are able to recover without a penalty but after that the registry will assess a fee for all late redemption recoveries, and this is a fee we are not able to waive.
According to our records the domain expired on 6/30 and the redemption period is 60-90 days (depending on registry) so it is not expected that it would be available this early.
If you wish we still have the option to recover so let us know and we can send an invoice to make payment. Beyond that though we are not able to make changes to the duration of the redemption period since the domain is no longer under our control.
Let us know how you would like to proceed or if you have any questions.
