how can I talk to a live human being

  I would like to speak to a live human being I don’t want to be forced to pick your themes…none of which I like. I don’t want to be forced to use a domain name that you pick for me…I don’t like it.
  I want to design my own page I don’t want to be forced to use a design that you like.

  Then you can add a plan and purchase a custom domain.
