How can I talk to customer support

    SO – I don’t ever swear, but for the first time in years, I really feel like it. I have purchased some things from WordPress and it does not show up on my account and I can FIND NO WAY to talk or email someone.

    I’d be happy to assist you here. So, you must have more than one WordPress.com account because as you referenced, there is no history of any purchased upgrades under the account you are contacting us from.

    If you aren’t sure about the account, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.

    If you have the transaction ID from the bank statement of the purchased upgrades, you can also fill out our account recovery form to regain access to your account:
