  How can I tell, or where do I go to find how many subscribers I have to my blog?

  You can find your subscribers by going to your stats page: http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/ and then go down to the Followers section, and you’ll see a number, click on it, and you’ll be taken here: http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog_subscribers where you can see your blog subscribers, there’s also a button to see your email subscribers.
