How can I tell which country has been viewing which posts?

OK, so I see 100 people have read a post.
How can I tell which visitors have read which posts? Is there a safe and reliable widget?
I just got some hits from Tanzania for the first time ever, so I am interested to know which posts they found interesting.
This would be a good tool to maybe build up a following in each region, if you knew which posts were popular where.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/#views-by-countryThere is no way of knowing exactly which visitor visited which post using those stats. However, you can get a free sitemeter account and post the code in a text widget to get that information.
