How can I tell who owns a website?

We have found a page that someone has created (https://strathmoreaquaticcentre.wordpress.com/) that is not an official/endorsed website. Our actual site is https://rec.strathmore.ca. We want to have https://strathmoreaquaticcentre.wordpress.com/ removed. How do I find this information out?

https://strathmoreaquaticcentre.wordpress.com/ is owned by the account with the username strathmoreaquaticcentre. WordPress.com staff themselves aren’t able to give out information more detailed than that (eg. site addresses).
You might be able to get in contact with them by leaving a comment, and it seems they also have a page titled “Contact Information” too – though it’s not known how accurate or inaccurate that is.
