How can I test API V2 on my free site?

  I’m getting 404 errors on testing V2 PI endpoints.
  Are wordpress.com site not compatible with API V2?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
