How can I transfer email for upgrade renewal?

    I’d like to ask the actual WordPress team this question, but can’t find a way to access them directly. The guy who processes the upgrades for our site is no longer part of our team, yet he is the only one with the admin access to renew upgrades. It’s really suboptimal that we need to reach out to and reimburse this guy every time. Several of us have tried to figure this out with no luck. How the $^&* can I do this?????

    Hi Nick,

    You can have him either change the email address on the account to yours (or whoever) and they can they have access to the account to change the upgrade credit card. Or you can have him contact me in this thread and I can verify that he wants the site/upgrades transferred to your account.
