how can i transfer followers?

  How can I bring all my followers from the (.com) site to my website (.org)? I have two blogs, one that I started here, that is, TurkeyPotPipedream(.com) and the one on WordPress.org that I now use: OrangePostman. Can I bring only the followers over to the OrangePostman site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I had my followers transferred from my wordpress.com (iamshellybell.wordpress.com) to my wordpress.org (www.regretnothingwriteeverything.com). I would like to have them transferred back. I want to take the followers back from the .org to the .com. The last time this happened a support employee had to do it. Can someone please handle the migration again?
