How can I transfer followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

  I need to open a support request to have my subscribers transferred from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. The site in question is whatistalent.wordpress.com to melissahuang.com. I’ve already downloaded the Jetpack plugin.

  As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
